There is a relatively new kit available for the Z32 using a IHI ball-bearing turbo with 14G compressor wheel and 20G exhaust wheel. That particular turbo is extremely popular in Asia and Japan, and is used as a single turbo on WRXs and Silvias. Lots of Z32s in Japan run this kit as well.
